- Glutinous rice (sometimes it is labeled Sweet Rice): 500 grams | ![]() |
- Green bean: 200 grams | ![]() |
- Original shredded coconut (or fresh shredded coconut): 10 grams | ![]() |
2. Recipe
1) Green bean and rice is washed and soaped in water with 1 coffee spoon of salt about 5 - 6 hours.
2) Mixture bean and rice is dried, add shredded coconut, add 2 spoons of butter, 1/2 small spoon of salt and steam mixture over simmering water.
