1. Ingredients.
- Pototos
- Stale bread
- Butter
- Cheese (I prefer japanese cheese than others) or eggs
- Tomato paste
- Salt
- Vegetable (This is a option. You can put some vegetable you like such as tomato, cucumber, carot, onion)
2. Recipe
1) Pototos is boided and mashed.
2) Stale bread is cut small square look like a dice. Put a little butter in a pan. Then, butter start smelling, add bread dices. Mix it in some mins.
3) Make souce for mashed pototo: put 2 spoons of butter and 2 spoons of tomato paste in the pan, add some salt, then boid it.
4) Mix souce with mashed pototo. Flat mashed pototo in a tray, put
5) Prepare a tray: first layer in the tray, plat mashed pototo, put bread dices in the second layer, put cheese (or eggs) in the third layer.
6) Vagetable is choped and put in the fourth layer of the tray.
7) If you like you can put some eggs in the fifth layer.
8) Put tray in a oven, set up oven with 350 C temperater in 15 minites.
