Sunny rice cake
1. Ingredients: To make 20 cakes
- 400 grams glutinous rice flour
- one small sweet potato
- 400 grams green been
- sugar
- coconut milk
- Shredded coconut
- ginger

2. Recipe
1. Cake core: Green bean is washed and soaked in water from 4 to 5 hours. Put a spoon salt in it. Then, steamer green about 10 mins. When it ready, put it on a pan, blend it. Add sugar and a little coconut milk. Don't put too much coconut milk, it will make green bean too flabby. Mix it on stove about 5 mins to make the sweetness from sugar and the fatty flavor from coconut milk seep the green been.
2. Cake cover: (prepare of dough) Sweet potato is cooked and mashed. Blend glutinous rice and mashed sweet potato. Put sugar much as you want and add a little salt in the mixture flour. Gradually add in water, mixing until the the dough turn smooth, elastic and glutinous.
3. Make balls: Pinch a little dough and flatten it out. Place a cake core in the middle and roll into a small ball.
3. Prepare a water pot to boil the cake. Add ginger in the pot and boil it.
4. When the water boiled drop the rice balls in the Pot. Wait until the balls float to the surface of the pot, take it out. After It cool down , sprinkle it with sweet shredded coconut. The cakes are ready to eat.
