Vietnamese spring rolls fry

1. Ingredients:

- Ground Pork: 3 grams

- Ground Beaf: 2 grams

- Carot: 2 

- Onion: 1

- Green onion

- Black mushroom: 0.2 grams

- Egg: 3

- Rice nuddle: 1 gram

- Salt, pepper

-  Wheat Wrapper (there are some kind of wrapper, in Vietnam people usually use banh trang, but in Vancouver, I like wheat wrapper. You can get it easilly in T&T super market). 

2. Recipe

- Boid water. When the water is boiled, put rice nuddle. Then take the nuddle out, put in the cold water. Shorted the nuddle. 

- Put black mushroom in to boiled water. then take it out, chopped it.

- Chopped onion 

- Chopped carot

- Mix Ground pork, ground beaf,  onion, carot, nuddle, mushroom and eggs. 

- Place a spoon of this mixture in middle of a wapper and rool it.

- Fry spring roll in a full oil.

It is more delicous when eat it with salad or lettuces.
