- White bean: 300 grams
- Green bean: 0.5 grams
- Lentir (option): 0.5 grams
- Ground beaf: 300 grams
- Salt
- Honey: 2 spoons
- Tomato paste: 4 spoons
2. Recipe
- wash bean and lentir.
- Put white bean, green bean, lentir, beaf and 2 litter of water in a pot
- Add salt and honey
- Boil then stew everything in the pot.
- When white bean is soft, put tomato paste in the pot. Continue to boil it in some mins.
Food is ready to eat.
